What is the term of the loan?
Normally our loans are for a minimum of 30 days with a maximum of 90 days with a monthly percentage rate (MPR) of 25%. However, we have some flexible options when it comes to our easy business loans Brisbane wide which include Our 10 for 10 Deal, 10% for 10 days.
What will it cost me?
Our loans are for a maximum of 90 days, unless an extension is agreed upon by both parties, during that time you will need to pay all outstanding interest, and the principle amount of the initial loan. AutoPawn's monthly percentage rate (M.P.R/A.P.R) is calculated at 25% per month or part thereof . As an example if you were to have a loan of $1,000 your interest would be $250 each 30 days period, for a maximum of 90 days.
What happens if I can't / don't pay back the loan?
The maximum term of our loans is 90 days, however if you pay your monthly interest payments on time we may agree to extend the contract period.
Should you fail to negotiate or enter into an agreement to pay your monthly interest payments or respond to contact from us, 24/7 Money Pty Ltd. will keep your item in lieu of loan repayment (including all outstanding interest, principle, holding fees and selling costs incurred). As per The Second-hand Dealers Act 2003 Part 4 , Section 62 Subsection (2)
You won’t be contacted by debt collectors and your credit rating won’t be affected.
Do you keep my vehicle?
YES, we do hold your vehicle in our secure and alarmed holding facility as collateral security, however subject to availability we may offer an insured courtesy vehicle for the duration of our car title loans.
How much can I borrow?
We will lend between 50% to 60% of the wholesale/market value of your asset dependent on age, mileage and condition.
There are no application or establishment fees. Nor are there any fees for payment transfers.
What legislation does this loan pertain to?
